Seminar-Learn and Earn through Freelancing

On 2 June 2022 – the Department of Computer Science & IT (DCS&IT) in collaboration with Khan Sahab Freelance Software House organized a seminar on “Learn and Earn through Freelancing”. At this event, the CEO of Khan Sahab Ameer Khan Bangash had an interactive session with the undergraduate students of Thal University Bhakkar. The purpose of this seminar was to induce awareness about the learning and earning opportunities through freelancing. Owner and CEO of Khan Freelance Ameer Khan Bangash along with other speakers emphasized that students should try to get knowledge and training in different freelancing skills as it is the dominating field of the current era.
We can judge the worth of freelancing by the fact that freelancing is generating 5% of US GDP which is more than 1 trillion dollars. Freelancing can empower our youth to help themselves to stand up on their own feet and to create opportunities for others. This session was also attended by Mr Faheem Ahmed Khalid (Director of Information Technology), Mr Muhammad Abubakar (Network Administrator), Mr Jahanzaib Niazi (Incharge Web Development Cell), Mr Asad Hussain (Database Administrator), Mr Abid Sultan (Network Programmer), Mr Waqas Ahmed (Web Developer) & Mr Tariq Mahmood (Programmer). Thanks to CEO Ameer Khan and the Team of Khan Sahab Freelance Place for coming to Thal University Bhakkar and introducing the students to diverse options for learning and earning.
