Office of the Registrar

Registrar is the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the various academic and administrative bodies of the university including syndicate. The office of registrar at the Thal University Bhakkar aims at providing best services to the faculty, staff, students and alumni in their respective academic and administrative matters. The registrar office for sees itself as an integral unit of the institute aimed at maintaining two-way communication between the office of the Vice-Chancellor and the university administrative and academic divisions whilst upholding its integrity. This office organizes meetings of several bodies/committees such as the Selection Board, Advanced Studies and Research Board, Academic Council and Syndicate, and so on. The objective of the registrar office is to provide swift services to all the university employees and students so that they can work efficiently without any glitch towards the achievement of the University mission. The Registrar office plays a part as a regulator within the University, assisting in the interpretation and application of Regulations and other rules and guidelines. These help everyone to know where they are, and ensure fair treatment for all. The office shares with many other parts of the University a balancing function in relation to these rights and responsibilities. The Registrar’s Office is responsible to facilitate the academic experience of students enrolled in the University, from the time of registration to graduation. It also assists with the enforcement and implementation of academic and administrative policies, as well as the establishment and revision of policies and procedures that will best serve the University community. Within the University, the Registrar’s office serves as a regulator, assisting in the interpretation and execution of Regulations and other regulations and guidelines. These allow everyone to know where they are and ensure that everyone is treated fairly. Thal University Bhakkar is the one of the youngest Universities in Pakistan. The office of Registrar is committed to play its role in establishment of our new institution on best possible standards and utilize its available resources in efficient manner. In this regard, this office aims to develop external linkages of the University with all potential partners and stakeholders including governmental and community organizations. The Registrar’s office is ambitious to play its pivotal role in building linkages with international Universities and other related organizations to gather support and gain recognition globally. The office is eager to seek collaborations with domestic and international Universities in terms of student exchange, faculty development and research projects.
